International Symposium on Metallomics 2007 (ISM 2007)

Instructions for Contributors:

　　The scientific program of the conference will begin in the morning of November 29 and end on December 1, 2007.

ORAL PRESENTATION
LCD projectors and laptop PCs (Windows XP SP2) are available for oral presentations in each session room. Speakers are requested to bring the memory sticks (USB memories) with the Microsoft Power Point 2003 files at the registration desk in the front of each session room. The submission should be made in advance in break times at least 15 min before each session starts. If you need special software in your presentation, please bring your own PC. It is appreciated if you kindly let it know to the Symposium Office in advance by E-mail (serism@mail.apchem.nagoya-u.ac.jp).
Speakers are also requested to check the presentation files at the preview PC on the lobby in front of Session Room A.


POSTER PRESENTATION

• The poster presentation is scheduled as follows;
  Odd-numbered posters are presented on November 29 (Thu).
  Even-numbered posters are presented on November 30 (Fri)
  
• The core time for poster presentation: 13:00-14:00 on each day.
  
• The maximum dimensions of a poster board are 2100 mm (H) and 900 mm (W). Please put your poster on the board assigned for you by a presentation number in each morning (before 10:00)of presentation. Your presentation number can be found in the program on the program book or the website. Pins are available at the poster registration desk in Room C.
  
• Remove your poster before the end of the sessions (17:00) on each day.
